LTL FREIGHT ORDERS
Customers will be contacted by the carrier to schedule a convenient time for home delivery. Customer should inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of your items from the freight company. If your order has sustained damage, you MUST note it when signing and rejecting delivery for replacement or compensation. If damage is visible, inform us at email@example.com immediately for prompt restitution.
We are here to honor and protect the consumer in all necessary and reasonable situations. Our Policy never trumps reasonable Person to Person conversation to rectify a situation. (Treat others the way you would like to be treated)
All Damaged products properly returned under this policy are eligible for credit to the original method of payment. Damaged Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.
Returned Non Damaged Rejected Freight - Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. If you refuse your LTL shipment on the day of delivery, it will be considered a cancellation of the order and the customer will be responsible for round-trip freight and restocking charges. Some of our products are offered with free shipping, so please note if you return a product that has shipping included our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.

FedEx - UPS What if my order arrives damaged?
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED? ON FedEx - UPS Parcel deliveries, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE DOCUMENTED THE DAMAGE. Your order is shipped to you by UPS or FedEx to continental US destinations ONLY. In order to support your claim for damages, you MUST document damage with images IN the original packaging. Send on documents to (email@example.com) we will take care of your claim. A credit or replacement will be issued once supporting documents are approved. We will inform you of your replacement or credit ASAP.
Orders shipping to destinations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
