REGARDING FREIGHT DELIVERIES:
Customers will be contacted by carrier to schedule a convenient time for home delivery. Customer should inspect shipment contents when accepting delivery of your items from the freight/commercial transport company. If your order has sustained damage, you MUST note it when signing and accepting delivery for insurance compensation.(Insurance is purchased separately - Note: $5 per every 25 lbs. Must Contact Us Prior to Ship Date For Insurance Coverage Quote!) If you refuse LTL shipment on the day of delivery by carrier, it will be considered a cancellation of the order and the customer will be responsible for round-trip freight and restocking charges. Please sign delivery receipt and make sure to note any damage and inform us at email@example.com immediately for prompt restitution.
We are here to honor and protect the consumer in all necessary and reasonable situations. Our Policy never trumps reasonable Person to Person conversation to rectify a situation. (Treat others the way you would like to be treated)
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange the product within 30 days of receipt as long as the product is returned in new, unused, and resalable condition inside its packaging.
All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for in store credit to the original method of payment. A modest restocking charge may apply to varying products. Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense. Some of our products are offered with free shipping / shipping included, so please note if you return a product that has shipping included our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. Returns will be inspected prior to issuing credit. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits.

What if my order arrives damaged?
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER. DO NOT DISPOSE OF THE BOX OR ANY PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU HAVE INSPECTED YOUR ORDER AND ARE SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. Your order is shipped to you by freight carrier or FedEx, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. If the driver does not abide, note this on the delivery receipt. Please make any notations on the delivery receipt. Please do this before signing receipt. In all such damage or potential damage cases, in order to support any potential claim for damages, you must notify our Customer Service Department within 3 business days by phone (724-989-0446) Mon-Fri 8:00AM-7:00PM | Sat 10:00AM-3:00PM EST or by email (email@example.com). It will be helpful if you are able to take pictures and e-mail them will be beneficial. When taking pictures, please take one to show the damage and take several steps back and take one to show where on the item the damage has occurred.
Orders shipping to destinations in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be subject to a 6% sales tax.
